You will get the RMA-No., which is necessary for our further workflow, when we have received the completed form successfully. You will also get a confirmation email including the RMA-No.
PLEASE print the confirmation mail and attach it to the returned goods.
Please write/fix the RMA-No. on the returned goods in a way that it is clearly visible!
For returns without valid RMA-No. we will charge a fee of € 50,00. For returns that have not been approved by us, we will not accept any freight charges.
