Die Bezeichnung eines Packmittels, das zur Lagerung und zum Transport von Obst, Gem\u00fcse, Pflanzen u. a. sowie zur Warenpr\u00e4sentation beim Verkauf dient, ist die Steige, die oft auch \u201eStiege\u201c genannt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Steige ist ein stapelf\u00e4higes, standfestes Packmittel. <\/strong>Wird sie aus Voll- oder Wellpappe hergestellt, hat sie typischerweise eine Kastenform. Der Kasten ist nicht komplett verschlossen, sondern nach oben offen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Verarbeitung der stabilen Pappe treten <strong>hohe R\u00fcckstellkr\u00e4fte<\/strong> auf. Diese m\u00fcssen bei der Auswahl des Klebstoffes ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Wird die Stiege automatisch produziert, hat die Produktionsgeschwindigkeit ebenfalls einen gro\u00dfen Einfluss auf die Auswahl des geeigneten Schmelzklebstoffes.
