The supplier self-assessment is binding and should be completed and returned within seven days.
The information refers exclusively to the designated production site.
The questionnaire is for the purpose of assessment and pre-selection of suppliers, as well as preparation of an audit of the quality management system. The information will be treated confidentially and will not be made available to third parties.

The information is requested once a year. After the information has been initially given, this master data will be stored in the form. On renewed completion of the form, the last entries will be displayed, making the completion easier.
