Description
Time controls enable automated work. They control the solenoid valve on the application heads or hand guns. The control (unit) enables precise and exactly recurring hot-melt adhesive application.
The H100555 time control is optimal in conjunction with a manual workstation with a connected hand gun, such as the HB 950. This means that processes can be clearly reproduced and support the employee in his work processes.
The programme is recorded for the desired process and can then be used by every employee at that workstation. This means that the dosing is consistent and independent of the person operating it. In addition, irregular intervals and dosages can be recorded.
