The main body of the B34S material nozzle is made of stainless steel. This nozzle is not actually a spray nozzle in the true sense. It is a so-called material nozzle with a bore.

When using the purely basic nozzle, a very clean bead application is also possible if the spray air supply is switched off.  

The swirling of the hot-melt adhesive during spray application takes place via the additionally required air cap (NKT0499). In combination with the union nut (NKT0500), the nozzle with the air cap is screwed onto the module.

The air cap and union nut are not included in the scope of delivery of the material nozzles.

The B34S material nozzle in 0.6 mm is the standard nozzle for the one4all B34S spray module. It is available in different diameters.
