Description
The product has very good initial strength and very good adhesion to different substrates.
This PUR product is exempt from labelling in accordance with Regulation (EC) No.1272/2008; MDI <0.1 %.
Humidity in the air or material moisture causes a chemical cross-linking reaction to occur, giving the hot-melt adhesive thermosetting properties, good solvent resistance, high cohesion and high elasticity, even at low temperatures.
It has good adhesion to wood, textiles, leather, suede, melamine and plastics such as ABS, PVC, PMMA, PC and PUR foam.
Final strength: After the physical setting time the glued workpieces can be handled. The final strength of the adhesive joint is reached after several days, depending on the level of humidity in the air.
