Glue Slugs (Ø 42mm)

EVA, PO or acrylate based hot melt slugs are used mainly in pneumatic glue applicator of the HB 700 series, but can also be melted in bulk tank systems. The custom-fitted form of 42mm x 50mm increases their melting capacity in the equipment because of its high surface area, which reduces waiting times. Please note however that reloading the slug system lowers the temperature, so we recommend watching the temperature display on the equipment to ensure an even coating pattern.
